Do I Need an Appointment?

We do not take appointments. Services are on a first come, first served basis. Lines typically begin forming around 8:30 AM, so we recommend arriving early. If there is a wait, our host will take your information and call you when a buyer is available.

Where Can I Wait?

We will have a host on site who will check you in and call you when it is your turn. Guests are welcome to wait in our designated seating area inside the store, or take advantage of this time to explore the restaurants, shops, and charm of Historic Downtown Conway while you wait.

How and When Will I Be Paid?

Should you choose to sell, you are paid immediately by check at the event. All offers are obligation-free.

What Items Do They Buy?

Coins and select valuables

Can I Trade My Payout for Jewelry?

Absolutely! If you choose to apply your proceeds toward a purchase at Ann Booth Jewelers, you’ll receive a 20% bonus on the trade-in value. This bonus does not apply to repairs or appointment services.
